Does anyone know of some good Free Software programs that have some kind of artificial intelligence for GNU/Linux? They can even be some kind of experimentation program if not agents with nice avatars. Smiling

I just watched this weeks edition of the TV show called "on the edge of science" about artificial intelligence, and being interested in that bleeding tech edge stuff it reminded me about various AI software and am wondering what of it is available for GNU/Linux.

Thank you
Daniel

I haven't tried it, but I'm going to.

The last release of MegaHAL was in 2004 though. Sad

Got to check at home, there

Got to check at home, there was some RobotWars like game.
But I don't know if it brought some AI or if you had to do all that yourself since you could program your own robots to enter the arena.
Well check at home for the name, don't remember it since I just tried it once and then never really used it.

But I guess it might be worth a look, although it's more like a game, but still could be interesting to check out.
