gNewSense 1.0 released, gains FSF sponsorship

I have tried it recently and it pretty much has the polished feel of Ubuntu, but with confidence that there is no proprietary software and components involved anywhere. According to the FSF's press release it is now backed by FSF which pretty much ensures that it will live a long life and possibly progress pretty fast.
