"Create help tip" link doesn't work

It should automatically add the new tip to the "tips" blog category, but the category field isn't even there. You have to create a new blog like any other and manually add the "tips" category.
"Create help tip" isn't meant for that. It is only visible to mods and admins and is for creating a different kind of tip.
And yeah, to add a tip to the tips section you have to normally create a blog entry and say "tips" for a category. I thought that should be pretty easy actually. You'd put some kind of category tag in anyway and for tips you simply enter "tips".
Anyway, let me know what you all think and maybe it can be changed to suit if necessary.
