Here's the desktop I use in the office.
I disabled most of the effects and just plugged a background picture. The rest is the standard Keramik-theme on KDE 3.3.2.
At home I use KDE 3.5.2 with the standard Plastik-theme.

@Libervisco: Is your shell really transparent or pseudo-transparent?

libervisco, what terminal is that?
And what arguments do you have to make it that nice!

The desktop pic is very nice too!

Is that a tango theme, or is it slightly different?

That terminal is only pseudo-transparent. It is called just "Terminal", has all the appereance features setable through a GUI by right-clicking and choosing preferences (including transparency, background color and borderless) and can be downloaded here.

It is not a Tango theme except for icons. It is a tish-aquastyle-cst.
