I'm looking for either a good online resource or an offline book for learning LATEX.
The more comprehensive the better, since I've used a couple of small online tutorials, which were good, but didn't cover much.

I use "the not so short

I use "the not so short introduction to LaTeX" (aka "lshort"), but I guess that's not comprehensive enough for you.
The problem is one could never fit all of LaTeX in one book, there is always more related material to include.

In any case, be sure to look around on http://www.ctan.org/
