Move Shoutbox?

Does anyone have a problem reading all the words in the shoutbox without its right margin being cut off? Do you think it would be better suited to move it to the middle column section rather than a right column?
The shoutbox does that because someone posted a long link in it which is a non breaking line (it doesn't go to the next line). It is best not to put links in a shoutbox. I think that it will fix itself when enough lines pass by so that this nonbreaking one goes off the scroll.
But if you people want it I can put it in a center box.
One thing though about the shoutbox is that it refreshes itself automatically even when you don't refresh the whole portal page. I'm not sure if that could bother anyone..
