Problem with KPackage

Hi folks,
a couple of days ago I installed RPM so that I can use the ready-to-go packages for OpenOffice.
So I tested around on the shell first (installing, removing, etc.) and everything worked fine.
Then I tried KPackage (3.5.2) which can install packages, but somehow not uninstall.
Does somebody know something about that?
I'm pretty sure it's a bug in KPackage, but couldn't find anything about that on the net so far.
When I install KPackage shows this on the shell:
kpackage: CMDroot='rpm -i --nodeps '/download/OOB680_m5_native_packed-1_en-US.9011/RPMS/openoffice.org-xsltfilter-2.0.2-5.i586.rpm''
When I uninstall a package I guess I should get a line like this:
kpackage: CMDroot='rpm -e --nodeps 'openoffice.org-xsltfilter-2.0.2-5.i586''
But all it does is querying and verifying the package. There's nothing like the expected line.
I already had a look into the source, but can't find the problem so far.
