Sparc hardware reccomendations

Hi all,
I'm looking into possibly purchasing a Sparc system to run Solaris 10 for my own education and to become more familiar with it. What would you reccomend as minimal hardware specs? I don't need a screamer, but decent responsiveness balanced with decent price. I'll probably be looking on eBay, unless there is someplace that specializes in this sort of thing that you know of.
Thanks!

I have a ultra 10, with 440mhz (not bad) 1gb 50ns ram,2 9gb idehard drives, 2 nics, scsi card, elite3d graphics and a sun keyboard and mouse that cost me £108.50 inc P&P ( I practically robbed the guy
)
I like my sparc, speed wise, I just wish that solaris was a bit more clear :s. That's my problem though.
So the Ultra 10 is definitely a possibility then? Great! Now I need to do some shopping around I suppose; I don't expect to get any where near the deal you did though
Also, try to get an Ultra 60, those have 2 processors.
Will do. BTW, what type of memory is in the Ultra 10's? I just saw a picture on eBay and it looked almost like old EDO modules?
In Sun sparcs the memory is either 50ns or 60ns, try to get a machine with a lot of RAm cos even second hand it is expensive.
