Auditor Security Collection does not complete boot process

I have got Auditor Security Collection Live CD, when I tried to use it on my Laptop (Dell Latitude D620), the boot screen stuck in this place where it says:

symlinks on ramdisk...Done
Creating directoris and starting init process
INIT: Vesrion 2.78-knoppix booting

I used the same CD on the other laptop (Dell Latitude D620,,,i.e same specifications,,,,,i.e. there is no possibility for hardware incompatibility), I have got no problem.

Sorry, I was being brief

Sorry, I was being brief last night as was busy Eye
I feel you may have a problem with your memory. If both are same spec, and it is not booting then it must be. Knoppix/livecd's put everything into ram, so that it don't use your hard drive. That being the point of a live cd.
I don't know about the liveCD you are on, but some have a memtest function as soon as you boot from it.
EG straight after the BIOS/POST screen, you are presented with a 'grub like' screen. If you don't see this function on given liveCD, I would advise you to get an ubuntu cd. I know they have that function as I have had to use it in the past.
It will take a fair whack of time, but it will check that your ram is in tip top shape. It may tell you that they are broke, in which case you know that your ram is instable. If it returns saying it is fine then we are looking for another problem Eye

Also Slax (and everything

Also Slax (and everything based on the Linux Live Scripts) comes with MemTest. And I guess Slax might be a slimmer download than an Ubuntu-disc. ;-)
