Hi,

Anyone knows how to install Ubuntu over the network? My sister has an old laptop in which neither USB nor CD/DVD drive work, but I'd like to install clean the new Ubuntu for her. It is in the same home network so the two computers are connected with a fast link. I'm wondering if I could somehow install Ubuntu from my computer to hers.

Thanks

if that computer already

if that computer already have an OS installed (Windows will be fine), try downloading the ISO and copy the ISO to that computer via the network, load it up via GRUB4DOS and it should be able to install.
