"Link to us" button in the footer

When working on the new link buttons two months ago, Bjwebb suggested
I think we need a link on the main page of GGL linking to that page. A link to us button or something.
Well better late than never (as most things in the development of GGL I suppose): done. The footer of all pages has been changed to display a "link to us" button that points to our button repository on GLM.o . For added fun, the button is selected randomly at each refresh.
Nothing extraordinary, but it should help. It was also pretty meaningless to have a GGL button there.

I have also added it on all translations. This is an intermediary step; soon there will be a "link buttons" page for each language. Some buttons might be localized, and the "button code" will be adapted to each translation (so for example the French buttons link to passeralinux.fr, not GGL.o).
