Merry Christmas and Happy New 2007 everyone!
Mon, 2006-12-25 02:48
Well, whatever the christmas means to you here it came and I wish you all the best for it and the new year that is just around the corner!
Now.. if you'd like to share a bit of your vision for a new year or how are you spending your christmas feel free to do so here.
Me? I'll be home with my family (which is now all together), hanging more with them than usual (meaning a bit less online time), watching movies and eating cookies.
As for my new years resolution.. hmm, grow business and find a girlfriend.. that about covers it.
Cheers

So far I have spent Xmas in bed.
I don't sleep well, and last night was the best nights sleep I have had in ages!
I plan to now get up and sit with the family.
May go see mates in the evening.
Not sure for the new year yet.
Hope you are all having a good one.
I've been for a walk and will have food soon - though the preperation for the latter has been rather stressful since our main oven gave up the ghost on Friday. I'm very pleased the days are getting longer at last too.

dylunio, if you can walk to Scotland, you are welcome to eat here.
Well, Christmas didnt go to plan. My sister is not well, and seems to have split the family up slightly. Every1 doing their own thing.
I might as well work a bit...till meal later.
dylunio, if you can walk to Scotland, you are welcome to eat here.
Thanks for the offer, but we managed in the end - the food was aimed to be cooked by 13:30, in fact in was ready by 14:45; not too bad

I also want to wish all of you a merry christmas and a happy, healthy and successful new year.
For me christmas is pretty different from the last two years. After I left germany I always celebrated christmas alone, and one of the days (usually 26th) with my girlfriend. This year my mom is here for christmas and new year and on 24th we went to China (my girlfriend has a weekend-flat there) and celebrated with her and her family. Tonight my girlfriend will come here and we will have a nice evening and propably a great dinner. Also our christmas gifts this year are some special compared to the last years, we got us a gift ourselves, which are our wedding-rings which we will need in january.
My new years resolution of course is to loose some more weight, quit smoking, be a good husband and father and get my LFS-project published.
Merry christmas everyone!
I think the free software community has some christmas spirit in it any time of the year
.
Awesome.
I think you're right about that Taco.
Cheers
merry christmas everyone !
I've just had the first English christmas in my life, and a fine one it was too.
I'll hold the "happy new year" until dec 31st
Let me just reiterate.. Happy New Year all!
2007 ought to be exciting in general and specifically for GNU/Linux. The way I see it things are changing at an accelerating rate and that does have a lot to do with technological advancements. So if you thought 2006 was full of exciting events I'd say we haven't seen nothing. 2007 will be even fuller.
And I would say that this goes for GNU/Linux advancements as well as the growth of our very own Libervis Network, including Nuxified.org.
A happy new year to all of you!
May you and your families be happy and healthy and may we have a great and exciting time here on nuxified.org and elsewhere in the OpenSource-world.
well said, I'll just repeat.
A happy new year to all of you!
May you and your families be happy and healthy and may we have a great and exciting time here on nuxified.org and elsewhere in the OpenSource-world.
btw, 2007?
Haha that's nice.
2007 looks better to me though.
