I must say I was really fearful of Microsoft's move with Zune. Some sort of a superb conspiracy for a perfect business synergy, that doesn't sound unlike RMS's Right to Read story.

But I welcome the hiccups warmly. Let's hope for some more ridiculous mistakes along the way, and wait until we hear the groan of MSN customers unable to play their music.
