New logo
An old Nuxified logo was a shiny bubble with a tux' foot in it. It was kind of a playful way of saying something like "you got nuxified" (hit by the tux' foot), but obviously that way of promoting Nuxified.org has its disadvantages.
With the new design the header will be much more simplistic and hence there will be no place for a logo AND a whole graphic including Tux in it, but as Taco said to me on iCommons, that little Tux was making the place feel more welcome. So the idea I got was to just integrate Tux into the main logo, making him kind of peek from inside of that bubble. 
So this is what I've got (a big version):
We can neatly use this in wallpapers and other promotional materials, and it says it all considering how well known Tux as a mascot for GNU/Linux is (no matter it is "sanctioned" by Linus Torvalds, FSF doesn't seem to mind it too much either). Also I don't remember any other site using it quite the same way as here so I think we're unique enough.
So, how do you like it? Any suggestions?

I like it. It's nice, and I'd say it's different, in a positive way.
Very nice, but I am a little worried he will run out of air
. Also the way he sits inside and his wing sticks out of the bubble doesn't make sense... is it a hole or is it a bubble? Strange physics!
But who cares, it looks great!
Since his wing is already sticking out it might be a funny idea adding a thumb to it, pointing up of course. Symbolizing that Tux likes Nuxified.org. ;-)
I guess he's puncturing the thin veil of light with that wing. Anyway, adding a thumb up to it sounds like a fun idea. I'll see what I can do.

That logo really isn't that hard to do. I didn't draw Tux and I just separated his wing and rotated and positioned it where I wanted to and put the rest within a circle (and cut the part outside of the circle). The shiny effect is actually just another circle with a white-to-transparent gradient.
So all I really did are circles with borders and gradients.
I commented this logo on irc, I think it looks extremely good. My thumbs up.

Btw, I tried adding a thumb to the Tux' wing, but it doesn't seem to work out very well. I actually like it more this way.
