My name is Lara Thynne and I am a PhD candidate at Deakin University Australia. I am currently running a survey at the following address.
The survey is completely confidential and looks at your views and motivations to use Open Source software and to participate in the community.

The link gives a 404.
Then it seems you get more than I do, because I get a host-not-found-error.
Seems there's some redirection to http://www.active.dcarf/surveys/oss/ and dcarf looks like a pretty strange TLD to me.
You need to put the '/' at the end of the URL for it to work - the hyperlink doesn't contain this.
That made no difference.
Strange, with that URL (with the /) it works, and directs me to: https://dcarf.deakin.edu.au/phpsurveyor/index.php?sid=13
