I use fedora7 and forgot my root and grub loader password .
If you have, a password protected grub boot loader and you forgot both root and grub password, how can you recover them?

You could reinstall GRUB from a live CD (just about any GNU/Linux live CD should have it; the CD you used to install Fedora has it (IIRC you need to enter "linux text" at the boot prompt to get to a shell). How to install GRUB.
Fedora 8 came out in November by the way.

I found a link that instruct us how can i recovering linux grub boot loader password.
but there is a issue here. my live cd hasn't any mode prompt for writing boot single . may be i didnt find.how can i provide this mode?

You need to type "linux rescue" (without the quotes) at the boot prompt.
