Hello, everyone.
The development of the "First Steps in GNU/Linux" book is open. For further information, see its project website.
To see the current result, download this HTML file: http://develop.getgnulinux.org/fsl.html . Don't care about the style (it's not the final one), just concentrate on the contents.
What's your opinion? As always, please criticize with no mercy!
Cheers!
PD: Notice that it will be transformed into a website, probably published in http://firststeps.getgnulinux.org/
EDIT: Corrected the project url.

Yes, you're absolutely right. What about Attribution-ShareAlike? http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/fr/deed.en

Anyways, it's best known as Wi-Fi, so it is unnecessary to explain what it stands for.
What do you think about the rest of the document?
Cheers!
Attribution-ShareAlike is okay.
As for the rest of the document, I'll have to read that soon.
Are you used to work with the Office® suit...
I think this should be are you used to working.
the likelihood of GNU/Linux being installed on your computer
I would personally replace "being installed" with "installing" as "being installed" makes it sound like you already have Linux installed on your computer.
Thank you so much, Bjwebb!
I'm going to fix it.
This looks promising. I'm not sure that I'll be able to contribute much since I'm concentrating on other projects - but it's great. Keep it Simple and it'll be a great appendix to GGL. There probably is a lot of (copylefted) doc we can use around the web too.
In any case, it could be a good idea to open up the SVN repository for the doc, so that any one can contribute more easily? Just a suggestion.
Cheers,
Olivier.

Sure. I'm looking forward to providing people with access to the FSL repo, but I consider we should have definitive guidelines for contributors and an stable project manager before going on with the FSL project.
Cheers!
