Tu parle français? French-English translator needed

Hello, people!

We at GNU/Linux Matters are supporting the Spanish initiative Devolucion.org (a website to encourage people to demand a Windows refund when they get a Windows-preloaded computer), which has two sisters, the Portuguese and the French one.

AFUL, the French organization behind the French website, has published a very important article, which is required in the other websites. We need it in Spanish and Portuguese too, but none of us speaks French well enough to translate it.

Is there any French speaker out there who is willing to translate it into English?
