Aside from my own projects I have submitted at least one new virus to ClamAV and I think I have submitted a bug to the KDE-team a long time ago (although I might remember this one incorrectly).
If it counts here, Nuxified, somewhat GLM and occasionally Arch GNU/Linux (like reporting a bug in some package I used or providing a revised PKGBUILD for the 64bit architecture..)..
