My PC is has an AMD 6000 CPU. Here are the image options for the distribution that I want to download:
[alpha][arm][hppa][i386][ia64][m68k][mips][mipsel][powerpc][sparc][s390][source]

You'll be fine with i386. All Intel and AMD CPUs have the x86 architecture. 64bit CPUs support 32bit software just fine, but if your CPU is 64bit you can also use amd64 or x86-64 architecture if your distribution has it.
Which distribution is it?
the distribution you mentioned seems to be debian...
use i386 if you don't know what you are doing
